Xpresspost tracking not updating
The tracking information isn't being updated by USPS as it should be, and we can understand your frustration in having to wait for the package.
Sometimes weather is an issue, and sometimes packages just aren't scanned into the carrier's system at intermediary stops, so it looks like nothing is happening. It's not uncommon for USPS to skip package scans when they're running behind in order to allow them to move packages quicker than otherwise since additional scanning also means additional processing time.
If it's deemed "unrecoverable", we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge.
Your order will be discreetly packaged in smell proof bags to maintain your privacy and product freshness.
Unfortunately, there is no tracking available for USPS First-Class Mail International packages.
The shipping related number we generate is actually an internal Customs ID number and not a tracking number, so it typically does not point to any information pertaining to your order when it's entered as a tracking number on the USPS website.
Originally known as Royal Mail Canada (the operating name of the Post Office Department of the Canadian government founded in 1867), rebranding was done to the “Canada Post” name in the late 1960s, even though it had not yet been separated from the government.
